Neiah Santos is the operational force behind the seamless delivery of IncentiveWorld DMC Group and IMPACT DMC’s international meetings, incentives, and events.
As Director of Operations for IncentiveWorld DMC Group and MICE Manager for IMPACT DMC, Neiah is responsible for turning creative concepts and client commitments into meticulously planned, flawlessly coordinated, and professionally delivered programs.
With a highly structured approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong understanding of complex MICE operations, she oversees the entire operational journey — from planning, budgeting, and supplier coordination to logistics, team management, quality control, and on-site execution.
Working closely with our destination teams, hotels, venues, and specialist partners, Neiah ensures that every component of a program is aligned with the client brief and our operational standards. Her ability to anticipate challenges, manage multiple moving parts, and make confident decisions under pressure is particularly valuable when delivering complex, high-profile, and large-scale international programs.
At the heart of her role is operational consistency. Across IncentiveWorld’s growing international destination network, Neiah helps ensure that clients receive the same level of precision, responsiveness, and service excellence, regardless of where their program takes place.
For IMPACT DMC, her extensive hands-on MICE expertise provides the operational leadership required to deliver sophisticated programs throughout the UAE and wider region with the attention to detail expected by international meeting and incentive planners.
