Leigh Tidwell is Vice President of Special Event Sales at AFR Furniture Rental, where she leads the national sales organization and helps drive revenue growth, market expansion and long-term client partnerships across the live events industry.
With more than 20 years' experience, Leigh’s career spans corporate, sports, experiential and large-scale events. She joined AFR in 2010 to launch the company’s Dallas market and advanced through regional and national leadership roles before becoming Vice President in 2023.
Leigh is a Certified Special Events Professional and holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University. She is a past president of both ILEA Dallas and NACE Dallas-Fort Worth and currently serves on the NACE Foundation Board. Leigh is a recipient of NACE’s George Zell Humanitarian Award and a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and Women in Sports and Events.
Outside work, Leigh enjoys traveling, Pilates and spending time with her husband, three grown children and her pets.
