ARIA, the new intelligent face of innovation at the South San Francisco Conference Center, is an AI-powered hologram concierge developed by LiveX AI. ARIA welcomes guests, answers questions about the Conference Center and surrounding community, recommends area dining and attractions, and communicates in more than 50 languages.

For individual events, ARIA can become much more than a venue concierge—she can be transformed into a fully branded AI experience. With appropriate client-provided and approved assets, ARIA can even be designed around an executive or other branded persona, including a customized voice and scripted messaging, allowing her to function as a “Your Company AI Concierge” throughout the event. ARIA can welcome attendees, deliver event-specific information, answer programmed questions, provide event guidance, and create an engaging, branded interaction point.

Her AI-powered selfie experience can also incorporate event branding, providing attendees with a memorable and highly shareable experience while showcasing how emerging technology can enhance the overall event.

The South San Francisco Conference Center features 25,877 square feet of flexible, pillar-free usable space.

The 13,500-square-foot Grand Ballroom serves as the Conference Center’s largest and most flexible event space, accommodating one expansive general session or dividing into 10 individual meeting rooms. This adaptable layout allows planners to easily accommodate general sessions, breakout meetings, training programs, networking events, and a variety of event formats within one facility.

Additional meeting space includes the 3,000-square-foot Baden Room and 4,000-square-foot Oyster Point Room, complemented by spacious pre-function areas and a four-story atrium lobby filled with natural light.
