The Seoul Convention Bureau (SCB) is a division of the Seoul Tourism Organization, an official organization of the city government. SCB represents the city of Seoul in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, working to promote business and association events held within the city.

SCB is dedicated to promoting Seoul as a premier convention destination by leveraging diverse content to showcase its world-class venues and services. This includes participating in global conferences and exhibitions, as well as organizing its own events and sessions. Preparing for the future of the MICE industry is also a priority; thus, we provide education and hands-on experiences to trainees.

Our support programs, branded as PLUS Seoul, are designed to elevate business events in the city, with a strong commitment to providing professional assistance for international conferences, global events, exhibitions, corporate meetings, and incentive programs. At the core of these programs is customized support. Specialized consultations are available at every stage — from bidding and promotion to hosting — for international events.

At SCB, we believe that partnerships are essential to success. A collaborative network — including the Seoul MICE Alliance (SMA), a business-sector partnership across 10 categories of the MICE industry comes together to deliver the best possible experience to all business event participants.
