About the Speaker/Moderator
Matt Kovatchis, CPCC, is a keynote speaker and executive coach specializing in stress management, self-compassion and leadership. He delivers interactive keynotes and workshops for associations, corporations and leadership teams.
Before launching his speaking career, Matt spent seven years in corporate banking at PNC and Capital One. That experience led him to explore emotional well-being and ultimately shape his work helping others navigate similar challenges.
Matt holds a CPCC credential from the Co-Active Training Institute. He has worked with organizations including CBRE, Illinois Bankers Association, Wells Fargo, MPI and PCMA.
He is the author of the guided journal Enjoying Your Own Company and host of The Men in the Arena podcast. Matt lives in Chicago. Outside work, he enjoys exploring coffee shops and spending time with his rescue dog, Patty.
