Thomas Mauch is Senior International Sales Manager for Congress and Large Event Sales at Bella Center Copenhagen, part of Bellagroup. He works with international associations, corporate clients, agencies and destination partners to attract large-scale congresses and business events to Copenhagen, supporting the city's long-term position as a leading international meetings destination.

With more than 20 years of experience in the global business events and hospitality industry, Thomas has held senior sales and leadership roles at the International Convention and Congress Association (ICCA), where he served as Regional Director for Europe, RAI Amsterdam, the QEII Centre London, Marriott International and CCT Venues. His work has focused on strategic partnerships, international business development, stakeholder engagement and bid strategy.

Thomas is an advocate for the business events industry, contributing to discussions on venue strategy, emerging technologies, leadership, neurodiversity and the future of face-to-face meetings. He has been recognized by Eventex as one of the 50 Most Influential Venue Professionals and 50 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in Europe and serves as an Eventex Awards judge.

Outside work, Thomas enjoys traveling, staying active and exploring how cities, culture and events create meaningful human connections.
