Why come to IMEX as a corporate event professional?
If you organize meetings and events for your company, IMEX America is where you need to be. We bring together specialist education, key suppliers and event professionals from around the world. And we offer events and education for different levels of corporate event professionals—from event planners through to senior leaders.

Executive Meeting Forum: Monday, October 12
“EMF delivered peer-led learning with actionable takeaways and candid cross-industry dialogue—the most valuable day I’ll invest in all year.” Valli Chapjian, AstraZeneca
If you're responsible for managing internal and external global teams with responsibility for high-level events, and report to the C-suite, this is the event for you.
Join your peers to explore and challenge industry norms, and current ways of doing business. Led by meetings industry veteran and skilled facilitator, Terri Breining, you'll learn from best-in-class corporate meetings and events practices and innovations.
You'll have the opportunity to put forward your preferred topics for discussion—from procurement through stakeholder and team management to meeting design.
The Executive Meeting Forum is designed for meetings leaders working in global corporations (that do not sell meetings related services) with minimal annual revenues of $500 million. Attendance is by invitation only. For more information email: [email protected]

Corporate Focus: Monday, October 12
The ultimate meet-up and professional nourishment for corporate event planners
Join peers in an open, collaborative setting designed for conversation, networking and learning. Taking place on Smart Monday, it gives you time to step back, reflect and connect with others in similar roles across different organizations. Meet like-minded people facing similar challenges and discover new perspectives from different industries.
Places are limited and curated. Register your interest to be considered. If selected, we’ll share next steps, including how to secure your place at IMEX America. Contact Donna Fung, [email protected]

Event Leaders Exchange (ELX)
Forum: Tuesday, October 13
ELX is the leading invitation-only community for senior corporate event leaders from the world’s most influential organizations. Built for those operating at the highest levels of the profession, ELX creates space for trusted peer exchange, shared insight, and meaningful connection.
The ELX Forum at IMEX America will bring members together in Las Vegas on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 8:30am to 1pm for a focused half-day of professional development, leadership insight, and peer discussion away from the show floor.
This year’s Forum will be led by Holly Ransom, a global voice on leadership, change, and high-performance cultures. As CEO of Emergent Global, Holly advises Fortune 500 companies, governments, and leading global brands on how to build future-ready teams, navigate complexity, and lead what’s next.
The session has been shaped by ELX member feedback and designed to create time for meaningful discussion, practical perspective, and connection with true peers.
The Forum will take place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Full registration details are available via the ELX website.
