Custom Ireland is a boutique Destination Management Company based in Dublin, delivering bespoke MICE and sports programmes across Ireland since 1996.

We believe every programme should begin with a blank page. By taking the time to understand our clients, their objectives and what they want their guests to experience, we create carefully curated programmes that capture a genuine sense of place.

From exceptional venues and distinctive events to authentic cultural experiences and meaningful connections with local people, we bring together the very best of Ireland through our trusted network of hotels, venues, artisans and suppliers.9

Our approach is personal, creative and highly collaborative. As a trusted creative advisor and ground partner, we combine local expertise, strong relationships and meticulous attention to detail to deliver seamless, memorable programmes for the most discerning clients.

Our mission is simple: to craft once-in-a-lifetime experiences that create authentic journeys and lasting memories.

Custom Ireland is a long-standing member of The DMC Network, connecting us with a trusted community of leading DMCs across more than 100 destinations worldwide.
