We have two exciting and dynamic hotels side by side in the historic district in Charleston SC. The Homewood Suites and the Limited hotel are located off of meeting st in the city of Charleston. We are within a quick walk to some of the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the heart of the city.

Homewood Suites has 139 guest rooms and just over 3,000 sq feet of meeting space in our Magnolia Ballroom. Our hotel is an all suites property and has full catering on site for meetings and a full bar.

The Limited hotel is an independent hotel under the Marriott brand. The hotel has 120 guest rooms. Over 2,000 square ft of meeting space. It is a full service hotel with a full restaurant and bar on site.
