Founded in 2014, we run more than 100 events a year with 70+ in-house specialists and have handled over 500,000 delegates to date.

We work as a single point of contract across four practices: professional congress organising, destination management, exhibitions and stand build and incentive travel. That covers scientific programme and abstract management, delegate registration and housing on our own technology platform, sponsorship and exhibition sales, in-house fabrication and AV, venue and hotel contracting, ground logistics, visa support and government liaison — delivered by salaried Concept staff on site, not subcontracted agents.

Recent mandates include the 23rd Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology (6,000+ delegates, 13 parallel halls, 39 countries), the , five editions of IOACON, and three editions each of FOGSI's All India Congress, APICON and RSSDI. Medical and pharmaceutical programmes are handled with full sponsorship-code and compliance documentation.

We are a member of ICCA and IAPCO, and a governing board member of the India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB).
