Ranch House Scottsdale Resort | A New Chapter in Scottsdale Hospitality

Ranch House Scottsdale Resort is the reimagined next chapter of the former DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley–Scottsdale — a transformation rooted in the history, landscape, and unmistakable spirit of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

While the resort is evolving into something entirely new, its foundation remains the same: an experienced team, a beautiful Scottsdale location, and a genuine commitment to making every guest feel welcome.

From Where We Were to Where We're Going

For years, the resort has welcomed groups, meetings, celebrations, and travelers to Paradise Valley. Now, we are taking that experience to a new level through a comprehensive transformation of the property, including newly renovated meeting and event spaces, refreshed public areas, redesigned gathering spaces, enhanced resort amenities, and a completely reimagined identity.

The result will be Ranch House Scottsdale Resort — a refined, modern interpretation of the Arizona ranch experience.

Why Ranch House?

The story begins with the land.

Scottsdale and neighboring Paradise Valley have long been shaped by the traditions of the American West and the equestrian lifestyle. Ranches, horseback riding, polo, and the people who built their lives around the Sonoran Desert helped create the character and culture that still define the area today.

Ranch House pays homage to that heritage without trying to recreate the past.

Instead, the resort brings the spirit of the Arizona ranch into today — combining Southwestern character, equestrian heritage, modern luxury, and genuine hospitality in a way that feels distinctly Scottsdale.

Think warm natural textures, earthy tones, thoughtful design, spaces made for gathering, and an atmosphere that feels polished without feeling precious.

Country chic meets four-diamond resort sophistication.

Designed for Meetings. Made for Scottsdale.

Ranch House Scottsdale Resort offers the scale and flexibility to bring everything together under one roof:

• 378 guest rooms designed as a comfortable home base for groups and individual travelers
• 70,000+ square feet of meeting and event space, offering flexible environments for conferences, general sessions, breakouts, receptions, and celebrations
• Two resort-style pools, creating space to relax, recharge, and enjoy the Arizona sunshine
• An onsite restaurant, offering a convenient gathering place for meals and memorable dining experiences
• Newly reimagined public spaces and gathering areas designed to encourage connection before, between, and after meetings

For meeting planners, this means less time moving attendees around and more opportunity to create a cohesive, destination-driven experience.

More Than a Renovation

Ranch House is not simply a refreshed hotel. It is a new way of experiencing Scottsdale.

From the moment guests arrive, the resort is designed to tell a story — one inspired by the landscape surrounding us and the traditions that helped shape this community.

For meeting planners, that sense of place becomes part of the program itself.

Rather than simply bringing your attendees to Scottsdale, Ranch House gives them an opportunity to feel Scottsdale.

Gather over locally inspired food and cocktails. Connect in newly reimagined meeting spaces. Enjoy the Arizona sunshine between sessions. Relax poolside. Take in the surrounding desert landscape. And experience a resort that feels connected to the destination rather than interchangeable with it.

Where Arizona Heritage Meets What's Next

At its heart, Ranch House Scottsdale Resort is about honoring where we came from while creating something that feels completely at home in the Scottsdale of tomorrow.

The history of the ranch.
 The energy of Scottsdale.
The warmth of genuine Hilton hospitality.
 Reimagined for today.

We invite you to experience the next chapter of Ranch House Scottsdale Resort — and discover why we're not just renovating a resort.

We're creating a new reason to bring your group to Scottsdale.
