Most prominently, it operates the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, which was awarded "Best Convention Hotel" by the International Hotel Awards and has just undergone a S$30 million renovation that showcases a sophisticated redesign of all 574 guestrooms with sustainability features and energy-saving measures. 

The group's other property include Orchard Hotel Singapore - with one of the largest pillar-free ballrooms in Singapore with a 6m/20ft-high ceiling and Halal-certified kitchen.
