The resort features 123 keys: 105 guest rooms, six suites, two Villas and ten Private Villas, designed to capture views of Boka Bay, the mountains and the village beyond. All accommodations include a refreshment station, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and expansive private terrace.

**Guest Rooms** – Portonovi, Garden, Bayview and Panoramic Bayview rooms, alongside suites, offer fluid living spaces and expansive bathrooms with freestanding baths that can be transformed into daybeds. Portonovi and Bayview Family Rooms feature interconnecting King and Twin or Queen rooms, accommodating up to four adults and two children.

**Suites** – The Panoramic Bayview Suite features a dining area for six and sweeping sunset views, while the Two-Bedroom Family Suite combines a Panoramic Bayview Suite with a Queen room.

**Suite One** – Occupying the resort’s uppermost floor, this exceptional residence features a private wine vault, dedicated service entrance and lift, spacious walk-in closet, and panoramic views of the bay, village and mountains. It can connect to one or two Portonovi Rooms to create two- or three-bedroom configurations, with private access via a dedicated elevator.

**Villa One & Villa Two** – Villa One offers three bedrooms, a nanny room, security room, private spa, 27-metre infinity pool, personal bar, library, study and grand living room. Villa Two features two bedrooms and a 19-metre private pool, and both Villas can connect to create an expansive private retreat.

**Private Villas** – Available in three- and four-bedroom configurations, each secluded villafeatures a private pool, sandy beach, jetty and discreet service quarters for exceptional privacy and comfort.
