One&Only Portonovi features a total of 122 keys: 105 guest rooms, six suites, two villas and nine Private Villas – each designed to capture the ever-changing views of Boka Bay, the mountains and the village beyond. Portonovi and Bayview Family Rooms feature a King room interconnecting with a Twin or Portonovi Queen room, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four adults and two children – ideal for families seeking space, comfort, and connection.

The Panoramic Bayview Suite offers a true sense of grandeur, featuring a dining area for six and sweeping sunset views over the bay. The Two-Bedroom Family Suite combines a Panoramic Bayview Suite with a Queen room, creating an elegant two-bedroom sanctuary ideal for families or friends travelling together.

Occupying the resort’s uppermost floor, the Suite One embodies elevated living, complete with a private wine vault, a dedicated service entrance and lift, a spacious walk-in closet, and breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, village, and surrounding mountains. The Suite One can connect to one Portonovi Room (creating a 2-bedroom Suite) or two Portonovi Rooms (creating a 3-bedroom Suite), offering private access to the entire floor via a dedicated elevator.

Villa One, the resort’s most prestigious private retreat, features three bedrooms along with a nanny room, security room, and private spa room. Each One&Only Private Home is a secluded sanctuary with its own pool, private sandy beach, and jetty. Available in 3- and 4-bedroom configurations, each home includes discreet service quarters – crafted for the utmost privacy and comfort.

One&Only Portonovi is the only One&Only resort in Europe featuring Chenot Espace, a 4,000m² premier wellness destination with 27 treatment rooms, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy facilities, an Oriental Hammam, sauna, steam room, and a 26-metre indoor pool.
