Find your hosted buyer group program dates in your IMEX account. Program dates are particular to each hosted buyer group.
When you register into a hosted buyer group, you agree to attend that group’s specific program dates.
You should not make any changes to your program dates without discussing this with your group leader and IMEX.

US/Canada hosted buyers

Monday to Wednesday program

Arrive Monday at leisure and leave after the show closes on Wednesday.

You must attend from 10am to 5:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday

For buyers traveling from the US East Coast or Canadian East Coast who want to avoid the red eye, we'll host Wednesday night. Wednesday night is hosted on the understanding that buyers commit to attending the show (at a minimum) on Thursday morning.

Tuesday to Thursday program

Arrive Tuesday and leave after the show closes on Thursday. You must attend from 10am to 5:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday to 10am to 4pm.

If you’re traveling from the US or Canadian East Coast and need flexibility with your travel dates, your options are:

a) Attend a full day of education on Smart Monday, powered by MPI. Arrive by 11am and avoid the red-eye flight home on Thursday by taking a flight Friday morning. We’ll host you for four nights*

b) Arrive at leisure on Monday. We host you on Monday night, and you take a red-eye flight home after the show closes on Thursday (4:30 pm)

c) Arrive on Tuesday morning, attend the full show day on Thursday and take a daytime flight home on Friday*

*Thursday night is hosted on the understanding that you return directly home during the day on Friday.

For any US and Canadian hosted buyers who’d like to attend Smart Monday:

We will host you on Monday night. This is based on you attending the full day of education and arriving by:

11am—East Coast/Midwest flights

10am—West Coast flights

You can request extra hosted nights in your itinerary in your IMEX account.

Non-US/Canada hosted buyers

Monday to Thursday

Arrive Monday at leisure and leave after the show closes on Thursday*

You must attend all three days of the show: Tuesday, Wednesday (from 10am to 5:30pm) and Thursday to 4pm.

*If you cannot find a suitable flight that departs after the show closes on Thursday, contact us and we can look into hosting you on Thursday night.

Monday to Friday program

Non-US/Canada hosted buyers

You must attend all three days of the show: Tuesday, Wednesday from 10am to 5:30pm and Thursday to 4pm.

*Thursday night is hosted on the understanding that you return directly to your home during the day on Friday. We offer this option as there are no flights departing for your home country after the show closes on Thursday.
