Choose 2 Rent, a specialist in event registration technology rental, has announced the launch of the Choose 2 Rent Client Portal, a customer platform that consolidates everything connected to an order into a single live view. The portal is available now to all clients with an order history, and arrives as the company marks 13 years of Advancing Events Through Technology®.
Corporate event planners typically track a single event's equipment across email threads, attachments, invoices, shipping notifications and support requests. The Client Portal brings that information together and keeps it current, so planners can confirm a delivery date, retrieve a contract or reach support without leaving the order they are working on.
The portal dashboard shows every Choose 2 Rent order a client has placed. Planners can view rental dates, order status and payment status at a glance, filter orders by date, status or payment, and open any previous order. Recurring events can be rebooked directly from a past order, carrying the original equipment list forward.
Both outbound and return shipments are tracked live from within the order. Planners can see current delivery timing and whether equipment is arriving early, on time or running behind, which gives them a reliable answer for their venue and their internal stakeholders well before load-in.

Support questions and cases can be submitted from inside the order. Clients with custom-branded products can upload artwork and download the exact templates required for their specific equipment, removing a round of back-and-forth that often sits on the critical path before an event.
The Choose 2 Rent Client Portal is available now at no additional cost to clients with an order history. Access uses a one-time code sent to the client's email address, so there is no password to create or reset. Organizations that have not yet placed an order can request a quote from the portal sign-in page.
