EventR - the Operating Systems for Teams hits version 3.6

Soft Pauer is pleased to announce the immediate release of V3.6, a major milestone in improving team communication and coordination. 3.6 reworks the whole app as a native iOS 27 app. 

Alex Powell, CEO: “By making this change, we’ve made many tweaks and tucks under the hood, reducing start up times, speeding up actions, and adding many more native gestures. Almost every part of the app has been touched to produce the most responsive team experience yet.”

EventR Coordinator 3.6 also brings new Enterprise features giving users full import and export of all their itinerary data. This unlocks new Agentic AI opportunities, so we’re also releasing an Agent Skill to allow you to generate itineraries from your favourite AI tools. These skills mean you can now ask EventR AI to generate your itinerary from your source information. Simply collate all your  loose information, and tell the AI to make you an itinerary. The skill will produce a complete itinerary containing documents, schedules etc that can be quickly imported using our new feature.

EventR 3.6 also sees an extension to the Itinerary Tagging feature, allowing users to manage 1000’s of itineraries without becoming overwhelmed. Alex said: “Now we have been around for a few years, our customers are demanding more controls over their data so their coordination teams can work across multiple timezones with thousands of schedules, 3.6 now brings more tools to enable security, customizations and sharing between different administrative groups. Itinerary tags will continue to evolve quickly from 3.6, so we’re excited to bring them to our users”.

Sustainability is always a hot topic when it comes to delivering global events, so 3.6 brings the first release of the EventR TCO2e calculator to our Enterprise users. Alex said: “CO₂ reporting is a legal requirement in many countries, and often the calculations can be expensive to gather the information. EventR’s holistic approach to tracking CO₂ means that as your team works, it can silently produce this information from its realtime understanding of your delivery. For the first release, the travel and accommodation used by your team are dynamically calculated and available for every itinerary based on Government published metrics. Take 10 people to Paris staying for 5 nights with transfers to and from the venue, and EventR will calculate the Carbon Footprint for that whole trip”.

All of these features build on the core feature set of:

• Full travel management including hotel bookings, transfers and live flight monitor
• Group chat by activity
• Cost tracking for the entire event including allowances and receipt tracking
• Offline available document store
• Simple sharing to new team members with collaborative editing
