ROKU KYOTO, LXR Hotels & Resorts proudly announces its first-ever Five-Star rating in the Forbes Travel Guide 2026 Hotel Awards, achieving the guide’s highest distinction.
This milestone represents a significant achievement for Hilton, as ROKU KYOTO becomes the first Hilton hotel in Japan and the first property worldwide within the LXR Hotels & Resorts brand—among 16 LXR hotels globally—to earn a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating. It is also the first Five-Star recognition among Hilton’s 33 hotels in Japan.
Since its opening in September 2021, ROKU KYOTO has garnered numerous internationally acclaimed awards. The hotel received Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star ratings consecutively in 2024 and 2025, and with this year’s Five-Star recognition, has now achieved three consecutive years of Forbes Travel Guide accolades. The Five-Star rating represents the pinnacle of luxury hospitality, awarded only to hotels that demonstrate exceptional service, uncompromising quality, and consistently outstanding guest experiences.
