From July 15 Grand Hyatt Tokyo will become the first hotel in Japan to offer treatments by GROUND, an Irish wellness brand that designs recovery focused wellness experiences. GROUND’s arrival at Nagomi Spa and Fitness allows our spa oasis to offer pioneering wellness experiences found nowhere else in Japan, with brand new treatments that go beyond beauty to offer holistic physical and mental recovery at our spa in downtown Tokyo.
Guided by a philosophy of inclusive wellness, GROUND’s rituals differ from conventional beauty or anti aging treatments by promot ing holistic recovery of both mind and body. Incorporating techniques like breathwork, stretching and yoga, their treatments are ideal for addressing the stresses of modern life, from insomnia and anxiety to hormonal fluctuations during menopause or pregnancy. Each treatment utilizes GROUND’s sustainable products, created with 100% natural ingredients and a commitment to ethical sourcing to ensur e a treatment experience of the highest quality.
The first GROUND treatment to arrive at Nagomi Spa and Fitness is Peace of Mind, designed to guide guests into deep tranquility and support the recovery of body, mind and soul. Using oils from GROUND’s CODLADH series, the aromas of lavender, rosewood, geranium and bergamot form the basis of an oil massage that eases tensions while warming and comforting the body. The treatment also incorporates GROUND’s unique wellness practices with touches of acupressure and guided breathwork leading guests towards a centered body and mind.
