Case study: Speaker Remix at London Community Week 2026. 49 speaker stories. 147 LinkedIn posts. 461 visible engagements. 48 reposts by the community. 77% of engagement from the main Page.
The Event. London Community Week is the flagship gathering in the wider Community Week series, organised by Led by Community C.I.C. Each year it brings together practitioners, founders, and organisers who spend their working lives building communities, and puts them on stage to share what actually works. Across the week, 49 speakers took part in sessions covering everything from community-led growth to member retention to the harder, less glamorous parts of running a community day to day. The event itself went well. The question waiting for the organisers afterward was a familiar one: what happens to all of that content once the room empties?
The Challenge. Every session at London Community Week produced something worth sharing. One speaker made a sharp point about member churn. Another laid out a framework the audience was still discussing at the coffee table afterward. None of that is useful if it stays in a recording nobody has time to rewatch. Turning 49 sessions into social content the traditional way would have meant someone on the team watching every talk back, pulling out the strongest lines, writing captions, resizing quote cards, and then doing all of it again for two more official Pages. For a lean events team already moving on to the next thing on the calendar, that job slips down the list until the moment has passed and the content stops mattering.
The Solution. Community Week ran Speaker Remix by Snapsight across the full roster of 49 speakers. Instead of one team member manually reviewing every session, Remix worked through each talk and turned it into a speaker-specific card, ready to post, complete with the speaker's name, their key point, and the visual identity of the event. Those 49 core stories became the raw material for a much bigger publishing run. The team distributed them across three official Pages: London Community Week, Community Week, and Led by Community C.I.C. In total, that one event produced 147 official LinkedIn posts, all traceable back to a real moment from a real session. Speed mattered less here than coverage. The 48th speaker's best line got published with the same care as the opening keynote, because no one on the team had to find the time to get to it.
The Results. Across the three official Pages, the campaign produced 461 visible engagements: 374 reactions, 39 comments, and 48 reposts. The London Community Week Page did most of the work. It carried 356 of the 461 official engagements, or 77% of the total, from the same 49 posts published on the other two Pages. On that Page, nearly half the posts, 24 of 49, were carried further by someone reposting them into their own network, which is a stronger signal than a reaction: it means the content was worth vouching for, not just worth a passing like. Not every post was a hit. On the main Page, the typical post picked up 2 visible engagements, and 14 of the 49 got none at all. That is a normal shape for a campaign this size: a handful of standout speaker moments carried most of the reach, while the rest built a steady, ongoing presence. Speaker Remix earned its keep by making sure every speaker was part of the conversation, whether or not their individual post took off.
Organiser feedback. "What impressed me most was how easy Remix made it for speakers themselves to jump in. Combined with our social team generating endless variations from each session, we kept London Community Week 2026's momentum alive for weeks afterward." Francisco Opazo, London Community Week. That last point is the outcome the event actually wanted. The speakers' ideas kept showing up in people's feeds long enough that London Community Week stayed part of the conversation well after everyone had gone home.
What we can and can't claim. The 461 engagements above are real, visible, and counted directly from the Pages: reactions, comments, and reposts that anyone can go and check. We were not able to pull impressions for this event, so we cannot yet say the campaign beat LinkedIn's typical benchmarks. 147 posts came from 49 core stories, not 147 separate ideas. It is a content library published on repeat, which is exactly what it was designed to be. We would rather show you what is defensible than round up.
