At Tropical Incentives DMC, we have exciting news to share from Maritz Activate 2026: our Puerto Vallarta team was recognized for its support and coordination as part of an award-winning collaboration with The IGS Collection and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.
The recognition highlighted the teamwork demonstrated during an unexpected shelter-in-place situation earlier this year, when collaboration, leadership, and a shared commitment to guest safety became especially important. We worked closely with our partners to provide calm, proactive support and help minimize the impact on clients and guests.
We are incredibly proud to be recognized as part of this effort. It reflects what we believe a DMC should bring to every program: local expertise, responsiveness, strong partnerships, and a team that is there when it matters most.
