For me, great programs go beyond beautiful resorts and flawless logistics. They should feel genuine, engaging, and connected to the destination. I love finding those local touches, unexpected experiences, and creative details that make a program feel different.

BEYOND WORK: I’m powered by books, genuinely enjoy airports, have a soft spot for dogs, and will almost always say yes to dancing.
