Racquel is a multi-faceted professional, who has worked in a variety of disciplines over the past 13 years, including: Marketing, Sales, Project Management and Events. She currently serves as Sales Manager, at the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority; where she has represented the organization in Japan, throughout the US and Dubai.

She currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from FIU (Florida International University).

She is certified in Project Management from Monroe College, completed a Digital Marketing Internship under the O.E.C.S and has also attained a leadership development certification: Academy of Leaders from Florida International University.

Racquel continues to learn and grow, having completed certifications in Essential Management with the International Business Management Institute of Berlin and sustainable tourism destination management certifications under JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and George Washington University. She has a keen interest in promoting her Caribbean region and to this end, continuous personal and professional development.
