Tammy Moore, CMP, CMM, is a visionary leader in events and education with over two decades of experience. As Vice President, Learning & Professional Development at PCMA, she leads strategic learning initiatives that empower professionals and organizations to thrive.

Tammy has spearheaded high-impact event strategies, overseeing more than $100M in annual event spend and delivering thousands of engaging experiences. She previously held leadership roles at KPMG US and CEB (now Gartner), shaping event strategy, talent development, and operational excellence.

A sought-after speaker, facilitator, and instructor, Tammy teaches the Advanced Event Design & Strategy course for PCMA Institute and frequently shares insights on leadership, event innovation, and the future of learning. Her expertise spans strategic partnerships, event technology, change management, and organizational transformation.

Tammy speaks and trains on stakeholder engagement, executive communication, leading through change, talent development, performance management, personal branding, and various event management topics including risk mitigation and crisis management.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she now resides in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Outside work, Tammy enjoys cooking, hiking with her pup Jupiter, and stained glass artistry. Her greatest joy is being mom to daughter Olivia, a freshman at Virginia Tech University.
