I've been creating experiences that people remember for more than 30 years. I'm passionate about:

* Exceptional events, from incentive programmes and executive retreats to symposiums and bespoke adventures,
* The relationships that make them happen.

Having worked across all sides of the events industry, from corporate and agency roles to destination management, I understand that truly great events are built on trusted relationships, commercial insight and genuine collaboration.

At Factor 3 Events, I work with international agencies and corporate planners to create unique destination experiences across Spain and the Balearic Islands. I'm particularly focused on developing long-term partnerships across the North American MICE market and connecting clients with the people, places and ideas that bring their vision to life.

I'm particularly interested in working with people who like to do things differently, developing on-brand experiences with personality, creativity and a strong sense of place.
