Raya Roll is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Kindred Resort, a new luxury ski-in, ski-out RockResort located steps from the River Run Gondola in Keystone, Colorado. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality, resort sales, and destination marketing, Raya specializes in creating meaningful partnerships and distinctive mountain experiences for meetings, incentives, weddings, and executive retreats.

Raya holds a Global MBA from Rome Business School and was recognized as a Smart Women in Meetings Industry Leader in 2024. She is actively involved with SITE Mountain West, Destination Colorado, MPI, MIC, and PCMA Rocky Mountain Chapter.
