Tom is passionate about delivering unparalleled customer service. With over 18 years of experience (six years in retail and hospitality and eleven years in event production/agency) he leads teams to authentically understand and connect with customers—building lasting relationships and achieving business goals. Tom currently serves as the Sr. Customer Relationship Director where he leads a talented team and Encore's relationships with industry leading companies across the Accounting & Professional Services, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.

Prior to joining Encore, Tom was the Director of Growth & Development at George P. Johnson where he grew new and existing relationships with clients like PwC, LinkedIn, Red Hat, National Instruments, State Farm and more. He also served for more than four years as a chapter and national leader for MPI.
