Throughout my professional career, I have focused on the luxury transportation, tourism and hospitality sectors, developing a deep understanding of the standards, expectations and operational requirements of high-end clients, international companies and prestigious brands.

My professional journey has been driven by a clear objective: to combine operational excellence, personalised service and attention to detail to create seamless and memorable experiences for every client.

At Grand Class, I oversee the development and delivery of premium mobility solutions for a wide range of clients and operations, including airport transfers, VIP transportation, corporate mobility, MICE, congresses, international events, hospitality programmes and large-scale movements of guests and executives.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with luxury hotels, travel agencies, DMCs, international brands, corporate clients, event organisers and tourism professionals, understanding that transportation is not simply a logistical service, but an essential part of the overall guest experience.

I am particularly focused on ensuring that every operation reflects the highest standards of punctuality, discretion, professionalism, flexibility and personalised attention. Whether managing an individual VIP transfer or a complex international event involving hundreds of guests, I believe that meticulous planning and operational control are fundamental to delivering excellence.

My work also has an important international dimension. I actively represent Grand Class at international luxury travel and tourism events, developing relationships with travel professionals and strategic partners from around the world and promoting Madrid and Spain as premium destinations.

I am also involved in initiatives that contribute to strengthening Madrid's positioning within the international luxury tourism sector, sharing my expertise in premium transportation and mobility.
