Kelsey Connors is a certified event designer and Vice President of Production at Firefly Team Events, where she helps organizations use play as a tool to strengthen connection, communication,and workplace culture. She designs and produces corporate experiences that blend strategic objectives with meaningful participation, partnering with meeting planners and executive teams around the world.

Over the past decade, Kelsey has led hundreds of events, from executive retreats to large-scale conferences, serving as an experience designer, facilitator, producer and speaker. Her work explores a simple question: What if play isn't a break from work, but one of the best ways to build stronger teams?

Away from the stage, Kelsey enjoys traveling, collecting memorable experiences and convincing otherwise serious adults to high-five complete strangers.
