My role sits at the intersection of sales and operations, where I work closely with clients, partners and our internal team to turn ideas into tailor-made programs. I lead and support the team throughout the process, helping connect the commercial vision with a smooth and realistic delivery.

From high-end incentives and bespoke experiences to large-scale corporate events, we create memorable programs across mainland Portugal and the islands, always looking for the right balance between creativity, authenticity and flawless execution.

What I enjoy most is transforming a client’s vision into something that feels truly personal, creating moments that surprise, connect and create lasting memories.
