Ricardo’s incentive travel journey began in Cancún, where from 1993 to 1998 he helped position the destination for incentive programs across the pharmaceutical, insurance, and automotive industries.
In 1998, he joined TAM Travel Corporation in Costa Rica, helping strengthen the destination’s presence in the international incentive market while building long-lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
After a professional journey that included expanding his expertise...and perhaps perfecting his appreciation for fine tequila Industry...Ricardo returns to TAM DMC with renewed energy, experience, and passion for our industry.
Today, a new chapter begins as he continues to share the wonders of Costa Rica and Panama through TAM DMC with the world.
