Saranjeet Kaur is the Managing Partner (Global) at One Above, a premier Destination Management Company network headquartered in Mumbai, with operations across 15+ countries. With a strong focus on international business development and destination management, she works closely with travel partners, MICE planners and corporate clients to create seamless, well-executed travel experiences.

She leads the Hong Kong & Macau destination desk and oversees North America operations, bringing together destination expertise, partner relationships and on-ground capabilities to deliver customised programmes for leisure, groups, incentives and corporate travel.

At IMEX America, Saranjeet is focused on building meaningful relationships with MICE planners, incentive houses, corporate travel professionals and destination partners, with an emphasis on long-term partnerships and creating high-value, tailor-made experiences across One Above’s global network.
