Carrie Kwik became Executive Director, Conventions, Meetings and Incentive Travel in November 2025. Before this, she was Executive Director, World Expo & Special Project from November 2023 to October 2025.

In that role, Carrie led Singapore’s government-wide work to develop and operate its National Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan. She also oversaw the tender process for a new wellness attraction designed to strengthen Singapore’s position as an urban wellness destination.

From November 2019 to November 2023, Carrie was based in London as Executive Director, Europe. She was responsible for the Board’s European operations, developing marketing strategies and leading business development.

Carrie has extensive tourism experience spanning public and private stakeholder management, investment promotion and business development. She joined the Board in 1992.
