Agustina focuses mainly on MICE and buyout opportunities, supporting clients from the first proposal to contracts, site inspections, and group coordination.

Originally from Mexico, Agustina brings an international perspective to Montenegro and a genuine love for the destination she now calls home. She enjoys working with groups that want to do more than stay in a hotel, groups that want to experience the bay, the culture, the food, and the special atmosphere of Montenegro.

What she enjoys most is creating programs with personality: a BBQ lunch by the beach, a Montenegrin-themed gala dinner, a welcome reception by the sea, or a full buyout where every detail feels connected to the group identity. For her, MICE is about connecting with people, creativity, and finding the right solution to turn an event into a memorable experience.
