Lorraine Hunter’s journey with Hello! is one of growth, and leadership, fueled by her love for the hospitality industry. A Miami native, Lorraine’s career began with a spark of curiosity in her hospitality classes at the University of Central Florida. Little did she know that learning about DMCs would launch her into a dynamic career that’s now over two decades strong. Her path with Hello! started in 2005, when a small DMC she worked for was acquired, and she quickly made her mark. From Program Design to Account Management, Lorraine mastered the art of event logistics and seamless execution. But it was in Sales where she truly shined, building lasting partnerships and earning the trust of hotel partners and clients for over 12 years. Recognizing a need for stronger event execution training, she developed Hello!’s renowned “9 Steps of Execution,” a game-changing process that elevates the client experience and sets Hello! apart in the industry. Lorraine’s dedication led to her promotion to Director of Sales in 2022. Today, Lorraine is bringing that same drive and expertise back to her roots as the General Manager of Hello! South Florida, where she leads the team in creating unforgettable events across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, and the Keys. Outside of work, Lorraine is all about family, fun, and Florida sunshine. She’s a proud mom to two girls, and loves running, reading, shopping, and soaking up the beach life. With Lorraine at the helm, Hello! South Florida is in expert hands—because when it comes to creating exceptional experiences, she’s all in.
