My career in international tourism began in 1982, leading to the co-founding of my first DMC in 1999 and the creation of Dynamic DMC with my son, David Johnson. As CEO, I am proud to lead a premier, ADMC-accredited organization with a strong regional presence in both Costa Rica and Panama.

While our dedicated team handle the day-to-day execution, I remain personally invested in building high-value, long-lasting partnerships. For over 27 years, client loyalty has been the cornerstone of my business philosophy.
