Carrie Campbell is Senior Vice President of Evergreen at the Boston Red Sox, where she leads the year-round marketing, sales, and execution of private and public events at Fenway Park, one of New England's most iconic venues. Under her leadership, Evergreen creates memorable experiences that combine Fenway's rich history with exceptional hospitality, innovation and personalized service.
With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and events, Carrie has held senior leadership positions at some of Boston's most celebrated properties, including the Fairmont Copley Plaza and the Boston Harbor Hotel. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating lasting client relationships.
Passionate about employee engagement and healthy workplace culture, Carrie believes outstanding hospitality begins with engaged, empowered people. For decades, she has focused on developing leaders, fostering collaboration, and creating environments where people thrive.
Carrie serves on the boards of Meet Boston, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Back Bay Association. She was recognized as an Industry Leader in Smart Meetings magazine's 2024 Smart Women in Meetings Awards.
