Having spent the last 31 years in the hospitality industry, and 26 of those as an entrepreneur and business owner, Nicole thrives as a dynamic leader and solutions provider. Known as the Keeper of Calm, Nicole revels in solving the most ambitious client requests and providing thoughtful solutions to every challenge.

Nicole has trouble saying “no” which has led to authoring books on Destination Management, writing the industry’s accreditation criteria and serving as chair on multiple local, national and international industry boards. She’s received numerous honors for her leadership, volunteerism and creative work within the industry.

Nicole gets the most joy in watching others enjoy life’s experiences, including her four children, including a collegiate baseball player and 17yr old triplets!
