Fay brings over 25 years of experience with the New Orleans Convention Sales Team and currently serves as Director of National Accounts, specializing in Bioengineering and Medical Industries. This role was created following the 2014 expansion of the city’s biomedical district. She previously managed key markets such as mid-Atlantic associations, government, sports, and minority organizations.

Today, Fay promotes New Orleans to corporations and associations in the Northeast, focusing on industries like medical, biotech, pharmaceutical, health records, and healthcare engineering. Her strengths in client retention, city knowledge, and exceptional service have helped grow this market. She holds an Honors Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism from the University of New Orleans and a Master’s in Leadership and Human Resources Development from LSU.
