As Vice President of Alaska Destination Specialists, I specialize in designing incentive programs, meetings and events that go far beyond simply visiting Alaska. For me, it’s about finding those special moments that connect people to this incredible destination — whether that means experiencing a glacier in a way they never imagined, gathering around a table somewhere extraordinary, or creating a completely customized experience that simply couldn’t happen anywhere else.

I love the creative side of what I do, but I’m equally passionate about the details that bring it all together. I believe the best programs come from truly listening to my clients, understanding what they want their guests to feel, and then finding thoughtful and sometimes unexpected ways to make it happen.

After all these years, I still get genuinely excited about showing people Alaska. There is always another experience to discover, another idea to create, and another opportunity to make someone say, “I will never forget this.”

My energy is passion-driven. I truly believe there is power in focusing on what excites you — and I’m incredibly fortunate that what excites me is also what I get to do every day.
