I've always been drawn to places that ask something of you, from the mountains of the French Alps to Queenstown, New Zealand and spent my early career learning the ropes of tourism operations between the two. There's something about that environment that teaches you to really care about the people in front of you and to understand what it actually takes to pull an event off.

These days I bring that same care to my work with HQNZ, helping create events across New Zealand. I love the process of sitting down with planners and agencies, understanding what they're hoping to achieve, and figuring out how to make it happen; whether that's a corporate incentive, a brand activation, or a team retreat. What matters most to me is that people leave with something real: a genuine sense of this place, and an event that actually did what it set out to do.
