Kolet Bailey brings more than 15 years of experience across global events, trade shows, corporate events, general contracting, and incentive events.

Her broad industry background gives her a well-rounded perspective of the event lifecycle, with hands-on experience spanning event strategy and implementation, operations, budgeting, and full-scope client management. Having worked across multiple sides of the event ecosystem, she understands both the big-picture vision and the practical realities of bringing an event to life.

At The Expo Group, Kolet focuses on building purposeful partnerships with associations and corporate event teams, helping clients identify solutions that make sense for their events, attendees, and business goals. She’s known for being collaborative, practical, and a connector at heart.

Outside of work, Kolet can usually be found hiking with her pup Jax—usually with a fantasy audiobook playing—or adding another plant to an already questionable number of houseplants.
