I have been a member of the Hiroshima Convention & Visitors Bureau (HCVB) for 8 years, providing support with bid proposals, venue arrangements, subsidy applications, and other bureau’s supports to attract and various conferences.

At IMEX America 2026, I will introduce not only information about Hiroshima but also the MICE support available provided by HCVB.
I will propose venues in Hiroshima and HCVB's support to help the organizers hosting MICE events in Hiroshima.
In particular, this year, HCVB's subsidy program for international conferences has been expanded, with subsidies of up to JPY 5 million available.

I hope that introducing these enhanced support will encourage you to consider Hiroshima as a destination for your next MICE event.
