Carolynn Santos is a meeting strategist, entrepreneur and business community builder with nearly two decades of experience designing meetings and events for corporate, association and entrepreneurial audiences. She built her career leading domestic and international meetings across the pharmaceutical, technology, association and insurance sectors before founding InDivEquity, an event strategy firm serving startups and small businesses.

Carolynn focuses on aligning strategy with delivery while making sure diverse voices, equitable practices and inclusive supply chains shape every program.

As Executive Director of SPIN, the Senior Planners Industry Network, Carolynn led its relaunch as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and the return of its signature conference, SPINCon. She has expanded senior-level education programs and developed partnerships that support SPIN’s senior meeting planner members.

Carolynn also serves as Chapter Director of Startup Grind Kansas City, where she curates experiences that showcase founders and support entrepreneurial growth in the region.

Outside work, Carolynn enjoys cooking for her family, traveling and caring for four cats, a husky and a 10-acre farm.
