About the Speaker/Moderator
Monica Graves Garcia brings 20 years’ experience designing and leading experiences for people around the world. Her career has included teaching as a Master Educator at the Chopra Center for Well-being and living among Indigenous communities in Central America.
Monica combines traditional wisdom with practical ideas, translating established wellness philosophies into accessible tools for modern life and leadership. Her work focuses on creating engaging, transformative and human experiences.
She teaches Ayurveda, meditation, yoga philosophy and the neuroscience of peace, resilience and sustainable energy. Her sessions invite audiences to explore fresh perspectives on personal and cultural well-being.
Outside work, Monica enjoys live music, searching for small treasures, thoughtful design with a vintage twist, hiking and exploring new destinations.
Monica is a keynote speaker, wellness strategist, international retreat host and Executive Producer of Sol Fest, an annual summer solstice festival. She is also the founder of Soulbare Wellness, which has marked 10 years of helping individuals and organizations thrive.
