Hi, I’m Ildikó Lippai, Regional Strategic Director at Senator Meetings & Events. I work closely with international clients and partners to design and deliver impactful meetings, incentives, and event experiences across our region, Central Europe, with a strong focus but not exclusive on Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.

My background is rooted in hospitality and destination management, so I’m particularly passionate about creating events that feel both seamless and truly authentic to the location. I love building strong, long-term partnerships and finding creative solutions that elevate each project.
