I am the Founder and CEO of Candid India, a leading marketing, representation and business development company specialising in the travel, tourism and MICE sectors. With over three decades of experience in the MICE industry, I have worked closely with convention bureaux, destinations, hotels, tourism boards, DMCs and industry associations in India and internationally.

My expertise spans destination marketing, business events, international sales, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, curating experiential incentive programs, handling small to large conferences, product launches, exhibitions and association management. Over the years, I have had the privilege of managing and representing leading industry associations, including ASTA, ATOAI and TOFT, giving me a deep understanding of the evolving needs of the travel trade and MICE ecosystem. I continue to represent TOFT, a non profit organisation promoting sustainable wildlife and nature travel, as its full-time Director, leading its India operations and industry engagement.

I am passionate about creating meaningful business platforms, connecting buyers and suppliers, and using MICE as a powerful tool for destination promotion, sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.
