Since founding the company in 1999, Joyce has built The Italian Concierge into a trusted name in Italian luxury travel, earning recognition as a Travel + Leisure A-List Italy Specialist for 18 consecutive years.

An Italian Wine Scholar with study experience in Siena, Joyce brings deep destination expertise to every program she designs, from private group incentives to multi-generational family journeys. She also leads The Provence Concierge, the company's sister brand focused on France.

Joyce is a longtime supporter of FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano), Italy's National Trust, contributing annually since 2010 to help preserve the country's cultural and natural heritage.
