As she returns to PRA, Erin brings not only a deep understanding of destination management, but also a fresh perspective gained through her work in corporate gifting and employee engagement.

During her time outside of PRA, Erin partnered with organizations to develop employee recognition, incentive, and corporate gifting programs designed to strengthen culture, foster connection, and create lasting impact. That experience sharpened her ability to understand what truly resonates with attendees, employees, and clients, insight she now brings back to the world of live events and destination experiences.

Known for her relationship driven approach, Erin excels at building trust, identifying opportunities, and helping clients achieve their goals through thoughtful, customized solutions. Her unique blend of destination management expertise and employee engagement experience allows her to think beyond logistics and focus on creating experiences that leave a lasting impression long after an event concludes.

A proud Louisiana native, Erin was raised in Baton Rouge and proudly calls New Orleans home. As a former Division I soccer player at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, she developed the resilience, competitive spirit, and team first mentality that continue to define her leadership style today. Whether collaborating with colleagues or advocating for her clients, Erin is known for her determination, positive energy, and unwavering commitment to helping others succeed. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and her two daughters, who keep her inspired and always on the move.
