Arjun has led JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa as General Manager since January 2024, following his tenure at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands during Covid.

With over three decades in hospitality, 29 years this year between Starwood hotels & Resorts and Marriott International, his journey spans 14 countries and 18 destinations—beginning in Switzerland and rising to his first General Manager role in 2008 at Le Méridien Port Vila Resort & Casino. From there, he led landmark properties across Canada, India, and beyond, earning a special recognition when The Westin Calgary received the JW Marriott Award of Excellence for Diversity, Inclusion & Equity in 2019.

Today, he is leading the transformation of JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa through an extensive renovation – the largest project he has undertaken in his career while continuing to elevate the resort’s luxury experience.
