Meet Joe Reinhardt, Owner and CEO of Carolina Limousine and Coach. A former athlete who spent years in the corporate world, Joe grew frustrated watching how companies treated their employees — so in 2007, he set out to do it differently, buying a single limousine with his wife Gillian and building the business on one simple principle: "People taking care of People." What started as a side hustle grew into one of the Southeast's largest full-service transportation providers, driven by that same commitment to clients and team alike. Under his leadership, CLC was inducted into the prestigious International Motor Coach Group (IMG) in 2025 and was recently named: CO-100 as one of the United States top 100 small businesses by the US Chamber of Commerce . Joe previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Limousine Association.
